Denvention Progress Report 3, the 2008 Hugo final ballot, 2010 site selection ballot and entry form for the Masquerade are all available online:

Printed versions of Progress Report 3, along with the Hugo and site selection ballots, will be mailed out shortly to the people who requested printed progress reports.

Denvention 3 members are eligible to vote for the Hugo Award and for site selection. All Hugo final ballots must be received by the Hugo Administrator by Monday, July 7, 2008 in order to be tabulated. All site selection ballots must be received by Friday, August 8, 2008 in order to be tabulated.

The Masquerade has added additional costume classifications for this year. In addition to the costume classifications for "Original Costume" and "Costume Re-Creation," Denvention 3 is including a classification for "Costume Based on Denvention's Theme 'A Mile Closer to the Stars'."

The Denvention 3 Masquerade will start promptly at 7:30pm on Friday, August 8, 2008 in the Wells Fargo Theater of the Colorado Convention Center. This year's ceremony is being managed by Jill Eastlake and Dr. Karen Purcell. The evening will be MC'd by Wil McCarthy.

The Denvention 3 Hugo Awards Ceremony will start promptly at 7:30pm on Saturday, August 9, 2008 in the Wells Fargo Theater of the Colorado Convention Center. This year's ceremony is being managed by Laurie Mann and Gay Ellen Dennett. The evening will be MC'd by Wil McCarthy.
